I can't speak for the taste of the product. It arrived with a hole in the package. Therefore, I don't feel comfortable eating from it. For such an expensive product, it is very frustrating that it cannot be refunded. I will not waste my money on it again.

Added this to a new bread recipe and it was really good. Great taste and it stayed fresh as new for about 4 days. Also added a dough enhancer. Very soft and seemed to get better as the days went on.

Is a small bag, I was able to do two 1.5 lb loafs of bread...and it was mixed with many other ingredients. So money wise speaking...not good for the budget, but if you have dietary restrictions it is what it is.

I have been making my own bread off and on for years. Recently, my breads were looking rather flat and sad. After a bit of internet sleuthing, I came across a recipe that required Wheat Gluten. I have to say this product has made my bread tastier, taller, and closer to store brand. I will definitely be buying again and rather soon.

I liked that the Gluten came in a small quantity. I am new to baking and wanted to add gluten to my arsenal of additives. I did not want to commit to a large quantity. This product fit the bill exactly.
