It's quick. I add to my pre workout in the morning;. I add it to my morning smoothie with pineapple and aloe gel. I think this saved me from the horrible effects of anaemia...I drink on ice ... Love itUpdate:. This is a good substitute for greens I would put in juice. Green veggies are expensive here, so I add this to my fruit smoothie, .my yogurt, my water...it seems to be beneficial for my intestines too..Love it!!!! My coworkers will be ordering. They find it interesting when they ask why is my water green, or ask what ingredients I use for my morning smoothies.
