It's quick. I add to my pre workout in the morning;. I add it to my morning smoothie with pineapple and aloe gel. I think this saved me from the horrible effects of anaemia...I drink on ice ... Love itUpdate:. This is a good substitute for greens I would put in juice. Green veggies are expensive here, so I add this to my fruit smoothie, .my yogurt, my water...it seems to be beneficial for my intestines too..Love it!!!! My coworkers will be ordering. They find it interesting when they ask why is my water green, or ask what ingredients I use for my morning smoothies.

Liquid chlorophyll might be great but I am scared to even go back and try it now after my experience with this product. Right out of the gate product smelt bad, but I had read that a funny smell was normal so long as there was still no flavor which there wasn't. Started taking HALF of the recommended dose diluted in a glass of water. Continued daily for almost a week and a half and began feeling extremely nauseous and Ill after a few days into my second week. The only reason I am typing this review is because I was terrified that something was horribly wrong with me. I was vomiting and experiencing all of the worst GI symptoms at once if you know what I mean. I urge everyone looking into liquid chlorophyll to do extensive research before making a purchase. Luckily I ended up stopping my chlorophyll and my symptoms were relieved in a few short days. Please do your homework before jumping the gun, yes it's not an extremely expensive investment but still why waste the money or put yourself at risk for harm?

I have used this product for a few years.. order this brand .. it a must have to add to vitamin reg. I take it it keeps my ears clear ( have allergies) I have no problem hearing I take in morning and bed time .. very good product mix in ice tea

I was very skeptical buying this, but to my surprise the biggest changes I've experienced is that I don't need to wear deodorant anymore!!!!! This really helps to keep you smelling great! Is tasteless and I take it every morning with 8 ounces of water.

use this as a natural remedy for acid reflux. i pout it into my water with my electrolytes. there is no flavor, easy to swallow! it has eliminated my acid reflux symptoms.

I was so worried this was going to be hard to drink. Can't even taste it. Call me crazy, but I think my teeth are whiter after I drink it too

I'd say this chlorophyll is good quality. i usually drink it in cold water, i admit flavor gets a bit weird if you add too much so it's trial and error. but when added to juice it doesn't alter the flavor. To be honest i have acne prone skin that tends to leave dark marks after inflation, and this has helped heal my skin and add a glow. i wouldn't say that drinking it was the only thing, but i use topicals and i see a boost while drinking chlorophyll regularly.

I really like this stuff. And this kind doesn't have a taste. Sometimes I mix it on my matcha.

I received my chlorophyll yesterday. However when I went to open the box it was spilled and seeped through the bottom. As well as one top on the bottle was broken with the seal over it. Overall it's great.
