I have thyroid disease. Brazil nuts are high in selenium. I try to eat for Brazil nuts today. I really like this brand. Very crunchy and fresh.

A lot of Brazil Nuts are stale, taste bad and are worthy of throwing away! But these ones arrived fresh, taste really good with no weird taste or anything so far! Eating 2-3 nuts a day for the selenium and this one lasts a long time (2-3 is what you need and no more; selenium toxicity is real).

Very good Brazil nut just don't too many, very high in selenium so 4-6 a day is plenty to reduce bad cholesterol and increase the good one.

received order march 31. placed nuts in freezer unopened to maintain freshness. removed april 4for use. nuts were rancid. I think a refund is due?JJ DUHON

I started ordering raw Brazil nuts online because they are cheaper for the bag than buying bulk in stores. As it turns out, my two big dogs love them just as much as I do! I have to hide them sometimes because if they hear me rattling the bag, they come looking for some lol! Very good flavor, buttery and fresh taste.

So great to have Brazil nuts on hand without the frustration of cracking the shells. These arrived to my door in two days, they are fresh in a resealable bag, and there are no bad pieces or chuncks of shells. Very good quality.
