We really love these and keep them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh while using regularly in our healthy diet as a smarter choice to have along with a sandwich or anytime you want something crunchy and healthy.They are very satisfying as a quick snack.

I purchased brazil nuts in bulk because it is difficult to find them in the grocery stores. I like that they are rich in selenium. This company gets them to me pronto -- the day following my order. I'm not quite done with my previous bag so I am happy to have the new supply.

About five years ago, a very reputable health magazine came up with something called the Mind Diet. A VERY important part of this was Brazil Nuts. I was over 80, but I wanted to keep my mind intact, so I began to follow it. I eat two Brazil nuts (fortified with a tiny amount of peanut butter) every morning. Brazil nuts are insanely expensive at local markets, so I bought these. They are just fine, the keep their freshness and they are easy to store in the bag they come in. Unless you are very rich or very dumb, don't buy them anyplace else. And I am still doing Sunday NYTimes crossword puzzles in less than 30 minutes.
