Very fresh and flavorful, there are skins however few than I'd assumed when reading other reviews. These Brazil nuts are quite good, and I will definitely reorder when needed.

I know there area lot of nuts to choose from to be honest I didn't search Everything, but I found this brand to be suitable for me. The cost amount (2lbs) was acceptable for being; Vegan, Non GMO, etc. Would purchase again.

Brazil nuts have selenium in them a reqiered nutrient, so I eat 2 or 3 a day.

My Doctor recommended 3/day for healthy selenium levels to help my thyroid levels, metabolism brain fog. He also recommended my husband have 3/day for prostate health. Much more satisfying than a pill! I eat them with a few dates for a treat.

I've heard that Brazil nuts are very beneficial healthwise so I thought I'd give it a shot. I eat one Brazil nut every day while I prepare breakfast. These nuts are very fresh and flavorful. I am mindful of not eating more than a couple of nuts a day, even though the urge to grab a handful or two is great because too much of a good thing is dangerous in this case. Time will tell if it makes a difference in my health going forward.
