I bought these for once a day selenium supplementation knowing the bag would last a long time. It's 3/4 empty now because everyone else in the house couldn't stop eating them, so it would seem they're pretty tasty.

I love that they are raw so I can add as much salt as I like without going overboard, I find if you roast them whole adding spices and oil they come out surprisingly delicious.

For the past 6 months I've been eating a few Brazil nuts every day for the selenium. I really have noticed an increase in mental clarity. These nuts are fine in every regard and the price is reasonable. No complaints.
