I limit myself to eating two of these nuts every day. I could definitely eat more but I might overdose on Selenium and that can be slightly problematic. As far as the product is concerned, it is great!

I like and need to take the Brazil nuts for he selenium part. Everything at this ackage looked good, not sure why i didnt bought Organic , thought this mught be fresh from tree so i bought it and they were, you can tell from the tange taste that would have if were old ones
