I heard a breast surgeon say that just one Brazil nut a day would ward off breast cancer because of the high selenium content. I'm all for simple prevention! You?

I love that they are raw so I can add as much salt as I like without going overboard, I find if you roast them whole adding spices and oil they come out surprisingly delicious.

For the past 6 months I've been eating a few Brazil nuts every day for the selenium. I really have noticed an increase in mental clarity. These nuts are fine in every regard and the price is reasonable. No complaints.
