Delighted with this plentiful bag of beautiful fresh large pecans for salads and baking. To keep them fresh for my small household, I double bag them and keep in my freezer, using only what I need for recipes. Before using in salads, I spray with butter and toss with brown sugar, and toast for about 10 minutes in 350 F degrees preheated oven.
