Arrived on time. No leakage. I add a dash of this to my barbecue sauce.This bottle last me for awhile. Wondering if they have a Cherry smoke?

I like Wright's Liquid Smoke. I use it to add or enhance a smoky flavor to many of the things that I cook and grill. I like the fact that the Wright's brand is pure liquid smoke without other additives. The apple smoke is a slightly-different version and compliments the mesquite and hickory versions. I use it when I want a less heavy, and slightly-sweeter smoky flavor in my food. Yes, I would recommend this.

In my opinion Applewood is the best flavor significantly over Hickory and worlds better than Mesquite. I think this is the only one I'm going to continue to buy.

Our community mailbox reeks of Applewood smoke. I haven't tasted it yet but I'm using it on the St. Patrick's Day Brisket and doing it in the oven, low slow.
