We could buy this in Oklahoma, but not out in stores in Arizona. Glad I found this....Fabulous Liquid Smoke!!!!

This brand was always highly reviewed in comparisons for flavoring beef/chicken/pork barbecue; this set gave me a chance to experiment with different flavor nuances in homemade bbq sauces. The hickory is the smoking flavor I'm most familiar with; the applewood adds a milder, fruity taste. Mesquite is the strongest flavoring, to my taste, so I'll cut the amount added in half to compensate. Will probably reorder the flavor my family like best, but it was nice to be able to do our own taste tests.

Like many others, mine arrived with a leak of some sort. I could smell it as I walked up to my front door. The smell of deliciousness must have been making the delivery driver crazy. Anyway, the strange thing was that no seals or bottles were broken, or even cracked. It was almost as if one bottle was packaged after being dipped in liquid smoke. Flavor is awesome though.

The ingredients listed on the bottles shown on the listing said Natural hickory smoke concentrate, and Natural Mesquite smoke concentrate. The ingredients listed on the bottles that I received said Natural hickory smoke FLAVOR, and Natural Mesquite smoke FLAVOR.

Wrights smoke products have been my go-to for many years. The package of all three flavors is a great way to find your likes and dislikes. Also, it is not always easy to fine the specific smoke you desire.

I use this for my country ribs. I seasoned them with salt and pepper, then added the flavor I wanted and baked them. Delicious. My favorite flavor is hickory!

Used on some chicken drumsticks prepared in a brine that included the apple smoke flavoring. I cooked the drumsticks on top of some vegetables I was roasting - the juice from the drumsticks adds a nice flavor to the roasted vegetables. The drumsticks were quite well received.

They are awesome, and definitely worth the money. Gave 4 stars because I opened the box and they were covered in what I thought was hickory. But none of the bottles where actually open. Very weird. Cleaned them up and have tried all of them for BBQ sauce. Very yummy!

Other brands add vinegar and other ingredients. Wright's is just smoke concentrate in a water base.

Can really get that BBQ flavour with Sous Vide or as a seasoning.They always seem to have substantially leaked upon arrival though, so only expect about 80 on arrival.

I'm a big outdoor cook and I've used the regular hickory flavored Wrights for years. It's the perfect concentration to jigger straight on and eat. It's also great for any gravy, sauce or marinade etc. the other flavors were a big bonus. If you want to really impress your BBQ guests and step up your grilling game, try a few drops of this on your next burger and realize how valuable this stuff is. I have used this on an oven cooked dish and fooled everyone into thinking I grilled it outdoors. Fact!
