As a server with fallen arches and metatarsaglia, this shoe has been a lifesaver! Comfy and flexible, still cushions the foot even after a 12-hour shift. I do use additional metatarsal padding due to the severity of my foot pain, but that leaves me almost 100 pain-free at the end of the day.

These are AWESOME! They really do work well as non-slip and in my food service job are solid for long shifts as far as support goes. They are light and springy and very supportive. I love these so much I often where them out and about to places other than work. Recommended!

I personally have not had problems with slipping as I saw with some other reviews. Very comfortable and soft on the feet. Used to have foot pain after 12 hour restaurant shifts not anymore! Give some nice height too.

Highly recommend!This is my second time buying these shoes as they wore out as expected (about 2.5years) after purchase. I'm not hard on my shoes but I just started to notice a tiny while in the front of one of the shoes and I noticed my feet seemed to be heavier than usual.Anyways a great deal for length of time wearing these for full time work for 2.5 years.

These are good non-slip/water resistant shoes. However I have wider feet and they do not have actual laces so breaking them in to be comfortable took a very long time. For about 2 weeks i couldnt taken them off fast enough after an 8 hour shift but now they are fine.

I work in the food industry so I'm on my feet 8 hours a day and I'm constantly moving. It is very important to find a good fitting comfortable supportive shoe. These have been great for me so far, I have worn them for over a week now and my feet feet great in them. The non skid bottoms are good for my job. I love that they are slip on, easy on and easy off. Overall a great shoe. I am ordering another pair to have as back up.

I ordered these for my mom and she works at a restaurant where the floor is always wet. These shoes are NOT SLIP RESISTANT. She kept slipping numerous times and had to leave work to get another pair of shoes! You are better off buying them from the Sketcher's website!!

I've tried a few different brands of non-slip server shoes, but seem to be partial to Scetchers. They're more affordable than most work shoes look better too. I have needed to replace my shoes about every 6mo. I'm not willing to pay $100 for my shoes that I prefer to replace. These Sketches are pretty good for my narrow feet; I like these a lot.
