I have tried a lot of slip-resistant work shoes, but I keep coming back to Sketchers. They are comfortable straight out of the box, with no break-in period. And they are actually slip-resistant! I work in an older kitchen where leaky pipes, sinks, or faucets are a common problem that would otherwise be considered as hazardous work conditions, but these shoes keep me from slipping and sliding on slick floors. Whether I'm hauling a stack of plates or a knife around the kitchen, these shoes keep me going steady on my feet.

I am a dog handler and have to change out shoes every 6 months or so. These are sturdy and pretty waterproof. I would recommend going a half size up in case you need to wear thick socks. The only issue I had with them is that they're not no-slip.

Great nonslip shoe, but had to reorder a half size smaller to fit more snug. My normal size was too big and my heel was slipping out all the time but that was my error. Super comfy and fit great once I got the right size haha

These shoes have sewn on elastic laces. My big size 11 fits just right. It has enough room for an added shoe insert pad. BEST WORK SHOES!
