For a slip on shoe, i can walk fast in them. I slide a little in the back but that's normal from a slip on shoe. I can easily jog in them if needed at my job, which is why i bought them. I'm a size 10 and they don't make my foot look clunky. Ironically, when i got to work the next day, two of my co workers pointed out that we all had the same shoe! I highly recommend. Sketchers is always the best option. Also, I'm not sure if this shoe has arch support but i have a flat foot and it's a very comfy and sturdy shoe. I always hesitate to buy things so i hope my review helps

I usually wear an 8 wide. I ordered a 7 1/2 wide and they were a bit big. Good shoe tho.
