Target demographics: Women & Children

Geographic areas served: Northern Panhandle of West Virginia. Includes the following counties: Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel

Programs: Cultural Diversity and Community Outreach, Family Violence Prevention Program, Women Inspired in New Directions, Human Trafficking, Youth Programming, and the Y-Not Repeat Boutique.
