These speakers are great! The directional cone and tweeters allow for some flexibility in where to install. Just note that this speaker does not fire straight down, I found this to be a great benefit as I used the speakers for a surround sound system.

I have paradigm Reference series speakers. I added these speakers since I know that the Yamaha keyboards have very good sound quality. Installation is straight forward.(If don't have to fish the wires through the walls & ceiling). I am using these as 5.1 + Atmos with my Onkyo RZ900. I immediately noticed the difference in sound (improvement). When I listened to the individual speakers though, the difference in quality is readily noticeable. Form this I conclude that if you have a high quality speakers, It is best to spend the extra $s, you will be happier in the long run.

For the price pretty good... Bass response is very so so, as is expected for only a 6.5" driver... Also for the record, they are only 50 w rms... Means don't get too crazy with volume on a standard 100w/ch receiver

Great sound from a very reasonably priced speaker. Install was a breeze and I couldn't be happier with the product. Make sure when installing not to press too hard on the speaker grill. It's a pretty thin metal and it will bend.

Ok so i started remodeling my basement and wanted to have speakers on ceiling to make it look fancy as well as not having to have a separate speaker on the floor when having parties. SO i did it i did the basement my self from carpet to ceiling, put up these speakers and when ready i only used one of the 6 that i had bought. WOW the only one speaker i was using made a huge sound that even my mother told me to shut it down, so when i turned on the receiver for the 6 speakers it was like a disco great volume and performance. I really don't think you can ask for more.<br /><br />The speakers itself have a great quality and strong built that I don't think you need more expensive speakers unless you are sound freak.

I used these for rears in a 5.1 small theater set up in my basement. Overall they did a great job but they seemed to struggle in the low range and with volume levels. They are fairly large so be sure you look at the dimensions of the overall unit as opposed to the speaker itself.<br /><br />The speaker build and quality seems to be very nice for the price. From all the other speakers in this price range, these are definitely the best bang for you buck.

I used one of each of these speakers in my bathrooms connected to my bose system amp (100amps)<br />Went in easy and I got to say they hit pretty hard for just a speaker mounted in the ceiling with not box (attic with insulation).<br />I would definitely buy another set.

Great Speaker! After use I have to bump these to five stars. Can't beat these for the money. Looking forward to buying a few more. Just looking for the excuse and the bosses signature!
