UPDATE: the seller reached out to me to make this issue right. Offered a full refund. Updating my rating to reflect.Cheap plastic, cheap ground stakes, cheaply made... the light is not bright and doesn't last longer than roughly 4 to 5hrs. They do look ok, but again they're just poorly made, not bright and do not last long. If you want these for the lighting they'll put off, look elsewhere

Maybe the documentation is great, but the box that I got had none, although everything seemed to be in original packaging. If you buy this and can't get them to work, you need to twist the top off the lantern. There's a bit of plastic so the batteries aren't connected, and a power switch, all behind the glass. Pull plastic, turn on switch, charge in the sun, and you should have some light when the sun goes down.I'm in Michigan, and December. Typically, they seem to be out in under 4 hours. On cloudy days, they might not last an hour with any light at all. I have put these along my drive, and it appears cars driving down the street and shining in my yard are enough to turn the ones near the end of the drive off. Even then, when the cars are away, they aren't well lit very late.Overall, they look good. Got them to mark the edge of the driveway for snow plowing. Not sure they'll survive the plowing but by then the plow should know where the drive is! What light they generate is a plus.Edit: Received several communications from the company. No help for the problems with the lights but several options to improve them. Due to customer support, overall rating improved.

Update to my original complaint. The customer service department contacted me and gave me an option for a full refund. They also told me to keep the product and advised me to change the batteries. I am pleased that the honored their product warranty as well as gave a solution for my problem. They were easy to assemble but they stopped working completely one week after I put them out. I haven't had a chance to check the batteries but nevertheless they should not need to be replaced after only one week of use

I originally gave these a 3 star because the lights were very dim and several stopped working within the first 2 months. The company reached out to me and offered to either refund my money or replace the lights. Because of their customer service, I will change my review to 5 stars

These look great, easy to assemble but they are not that bright.

They really brighten up a walkway and are a nice landscaping accent. Beyond easy to assemble in minutes out of the box. Not super bright but do the job.

Bright enough, good value, and a nice design.

So far, these Gigalumin Solar path lights are great... they light up bright and make a cool design on the ground.
