I was in electrical distribution sales for over thirty years. Landscape lighting was part of that. These fixtures are well made. A cast aluminum housing, elegantly designed accent and pathway light. However, the led driver inside this fixture is prone to failure. Cheap electronics means inevitable failure. To add insult to injury, Customer Service is Non Existent. Emails go unanswered (seven at this count), phone calls go directly to voicemail (and no replies).We purchase 30 of these fixtures. In 14 months, 7 failed. We ordered replacements. Once again, 14-15 months has passed and 9 failed. How do you think that made me feel about the product?Knowing exactly what was wrong, and after a simple test to determine that yes, the LED driver had failed, I sent off an email to customer service. It has been over two months since the first emails and phone calls. No reply whatsoever. I refused to order replacements until I could determine if they would sell replacement drivers. Unfortunately, the wife, went and ordered them. This will be the last time we purchase Leonlite products. They do not stand behind their products. Once they have your money, you don't exist.Now, I can understand the COVID excuse prior to last year. There is however, NO EXCUSE in the present day. I know they are made in China by a Chinese company. But, the US office must be manned by a janitor only. Do I sound dissatisfied? Of course I am. You will be too.
