I purchased this light for my mom and she loves it so much! Well made, emits a good amount of light, and adds a touch of elegance to your landscaping. Pretty easy to install, versatile uses, water/weather proof, large solar panel, and I expect it to last for years to come. Awesome purchase, highly recommend!

A 5 minute job to install. The lamp is a nice low wattage light. It lights every night. I recommend this lamp.

Nothing so far, hoplefully it will last for years.

Unfortunately the wires were cut on the light but the electrician wanted $600 to find them. This was a less expensive solution. Took off the old light and replaced it in about 20 minutes. I'm thinking that now that it is winter (and the broken wires have been located) I will have to get the electrical light hooked up because the days won't be long enough to let this work all night. I will use it next winter on the picnic table when I sit out at night on the side of the house.

This is a great solar post light! It's made of cast aluminum and has a 3 fitter base, making it perfect for outdoor garden posts. It's super easy to install and the LED light is very bright. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I replaced my old pole lantern (electric) with this beautiful solar lantern. Easy install and I was surprised how bright it shines. I just hope it lasts a long time, since I assume the batteries are not replaceable. Love my new lantern!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE SOLAR PIER LIGHTS! We were initially going with electric and found out the cost was $6000 to install (digging under driveway, out to the front of the yard, etc) and thought, let's try solar to see what that gets us. Well, we are on our 2nd pair but we still feel this was the better way to go. The first group of 3 lasted about 2.5 years (there was only 1 that actually went out, the other 2 were definitely fading though).Another key is to make sure you get the connector piece at the bottom if it doesn't already come with the light itself. Whether you are adding the light to a pier or to a post in your yard, you will want that. When the first set recently went out, I was thinking OH NO, now we have to tamper with the pier cap and we don't want to do that. But, I forgot that we bought the connector piece at the bottom which was already cemented into the pier cap, so all we did was unscrew the light from the connector piece, put the new light back on, screwed it in and we were done. My 8 year old daughter helped my husband so it was VERY EASY!So, if you want a light with character that lasts for a good while, this solar light is the way to go.

I've had the light since March and finally can rate it. From the beginning, it always looked nice and was lit at 11 pm or midnight, but I never had a chance to see how long the light lasted. The days are getting shorter now and have been a mix of clear and overcast. So today, when we actually left the house 'early' (6:45 am) it was the first time I saw the light was still on (dim but on.) I'm impressed and suspect that it will indeed be able produce light during winter evenings at least to midnight.

Very dim light and only lasts for around 4 hours

Just installed a pair of the Kemeco post lights. They are very attractive and emit quite a lot of light. I purchased them because my post light electrical line gave out and the cost to replace the line, placing it in conduit, was going to be over $2K. I was worried about the intensity and longevity of the charge with solar lights, but to my surprise they are bright and stay on until 5:00am in the morning. They actually last all night long! I am impressed by the build quality, the illumination, and the styling of these lights; they are worth every penny.
