Recently stayed at a hotel that had one of these, had to buy one when I got home. Have always struggled sleeping and I now sleep straight through the night. Wish I found this years ago.

I like that there is no fan blade, just great white noise. Used this for years.

Im giving it 5 stars despite it doing absolutely nothing to help my situation and annoy my spouse. I wanted something to help reduce impact noise from above. The box fan was louder than this but others swear by it so i wont give it a bad review.

Purchased this 4 years ago in 2017 and have been using it every night, set to the higher setting of the 2 for maximum noise level. On nights where I had to be away, I tried to sleep with electronic fan noise but it just sounds like static to me and super unpleasant. Absolutely thrilled that after 4 years it's still working like when I got it one day 1. Hoping it will last me a long time

Absolutely love these machines for sleeping. I've been using my previous one for over 10 years before it started making a rattling sound. It was time for a replacement. I am a light sleeper with bouts of insomnia. This machine helps me block out everything else and helps me stay asleep.

I don't know why there would be a difference between the white and black models but I have purchased the white models in the past but wanted to purchase a black one for my sons room. I tried two different ones and the low setting is pretty useless, you can't hear anything.

As a counselor I use these in my office. Also very affective in my home life to aide in sleep and the duration of time asleep

The first I had ever seen this was staying in an Airbnb for work one weekend and after the first night, I had to go online and order it. I usually have a fan on for sound, as it helps with me being a light sleeper. This product has been a life changer! I have slept SO WELL since buying this. Other sound machines have the phony ocean and other sounds - I find those distracting, and every now and then the louder sounds of the “ocean” or birds wake me up. Hate it. I wish I would have found this years ago

In ALL honesty this has replaced me having to run a fan 365days a year so I can sleep!!! It's AMAZING. Wish I had this years ago!!

I bought this machine so I could sleep in while my roommate bangs around in the kitchen at 7am. It gets the job done. I used to hear the sink, pots/pans, fridge opening and closing, but with this white noise machine on full power, the kitchen noise is now muffled enough that I am able to sleep through it. If you are bothered by noise in the morning then this is exactly what you need. (Also, I saw people complaining about how the “new ones” are cheaper but this thing doesn't feel cheap at all, it's high quality and sounds great).

Very easy to operate and works great. However, a fan probably works just as well and would be less expensive (but may use more electricity).

This is my 2nd Dohm sleep machine. My first one I had for 5 years and it finally gave out after every night use and also nap use .. I couldn???t be happier with this product. I even take it to hotels when traveling.

This is the best white noise machine. I wish i would have purchased this sooner. Because the Dohm uses a fan instead of a recording, the noise is smoother and doesn???t have recorded variances that i focus on while trying to fall asleep. We have used the Dohm every night since we purchased it. I wish there was a way to turn the volume up a little more to block out for noise for naps during the day.

When I ordered this, I thought there was going to be more settings than just fan, but that was my bad for not reading. The fan sound is ok but it wasn't loud enough in my opinion.

It works well and I like that I can plug it in but it is pretty quiet. I really expected it to be louder given its reputation. I have never found the perfect sound machine.

This is my 2nd one, and I'll always buy the product if I have to replace it. It has a very calming sound, not the irritating noise that some of them make, and it is adjustable for the type of noise you want. You can turn the top of the machine to muffle the sound a bit, or twist it to get full noise. It's great, and apparently used in many mental health therapist offices. Very soothing.

Best purchase I made in a long, long time. I was hesitant after reading certain reviews but I decided to give it a try. I???m so impressed. Our toddler (who usually wakes up at the slightest noise) started sleeping through the night, literally on Day 1 - and we don???t have to worry about noisy neighbors anymore. Don???t hesitate, it???s worth the money and it works!
