The YORK® Multi-Function Rack comes standard with:
Combo Grip Pull-up Bar – one, 8' high, 28 mm knurled, solid cold rolled steel bar with 135-degree v-shape in the center for additional grip options. Double bar holders – one pair. (#54001) Interior Safety Spot Arms – one pair. (#54011) Bench stringer – one. (#54008) Weight storage – Scuff-resistant weight storage pegs for 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 lbs plates. Stainless steel hook-plates – rear upright is adjustable to 19 positions on 3" center increments, accommodating a wide range of heights. The front upright is adjustable to 15 positions on 3" center increments. Two welded vertical bar holders.

Didn't realize what I was missing until I bought this. Makes loading for deadlifts, landmines, etc. Way easier. Sturdy.

Of all the equipment I bought for the home gym, this is by far the best. Anything that makes the process of lifting less cumbersome and annoying is a great investment. I was debating on whether to get the metal or wood version, but honestly I think the one I got is great. Very stable, everything is straight and welded properly on mine. I haven't yet tested it on max weight as I'm just getting back into the gym again, but so far I love it. However, I think it can scratch wood or laminate floors because of the slightly rough/sharp edges, so it's important to use it with proper matting.

Without this, you're going to waste your energy, time and effort on putting on weights. It also saves you money and space for a full jack that would cost around $200 solid material (don't cheap out on those or they'll break before you reach 300lbs). I've been using it for over a year.Solid build!

I got two of these barbell jacks for when I do deadlifts or other bar on the floor work. They are well constructed and sturdy. They lift the bar up to a sufficient amount of clearance to allow easy racking and unracking of plates. They arrived well packaged and quickly. A good addition to my home gym that doesn't take up a ton of space, and a good value for the price!

Seriously absolutely must have for deadlifting. Works like any Jack for barbells, the handle is a nice addition compared to most. Don't buy thinking you're going to carry it to the gym, would only get if looking for home gym. Just too big and heavy to carry around

This tool has helped me a great deal with heavy weights on my barbell. Would hate to get injured putting on weights and this helps so much! Love that it's made out of wood too!
