Mission: Youth Led is an after-school program to help struggling readers become stronger readers in phonics, fluency, sight words, and comprehension. We also provide our middle school students social-emotional classes to help them manage emotions and communicate properly.

Target demographics: Struggling readers K-8 to become stronger readers in phonics, fluency, sight words, and comprehension

Direct beneficiaries per year: 13 Students and ran a successful summer reading camp of 10 K-5 students, all assessment based.

Geographic areas served: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson

Programs: after-school reading enrichment (located at Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus), we offer free group tutoring for K-2 students on Saturdays, and private low-cost tutoring, where we go to the student for their tutoring session.
