I could smell the za'atar before the package was completely open and was instantly transported back to walking into my Sittoo's house after school, being welcomed by that unmistakable aroma! This is also the same brand our local Lebanese bakery, that's been around longer than my 51 years, uses. I'm 8 years Paleo and spent years experimenting with making grainfree dough for pizza and za'atar, which I finally achieved a few months ago. Weekend mornings have been taken my to a whole level with the smell of za'atar in the oven. Imported from Lebanon and tastes amazing!!

This is the same zaatar I had on my fresh baked man'oushe in Batroun, Lebanon. It is the best thing ever! It arrives fresh and is as authentic as it gets. Yummy.

Salt and sumac are already mixed in just right. You can use to add flavor to eggs or cheese...or you can mix with olive oil and spread on flat breads like pita, heat in oven and have as a snack.

Love this product, it's fresh, authentic and fragrant. Feels like home (:More importantly, with no oil or weird fillers like you see in other brands. Probably also cheaper than those!

I would say it is fresh as a dried, imported product could be, I guess. I am not a za'atar expert by any means, but it is fresher than what I have had purchased locally. I would buy again from this seller

This is by far the best Za'atar I've tasted. Very flavorful, and just as good as the Za'atar bread from a very good restaurant I have frequented. Would recommend this to anyone.

Tastes great! I liberally use on pizza dough for example, so yummy!Sadly won't be able to get very often because cannot pay with SNAP, that is why 4 stars or would be 5.

I live in Louisiana, so I don't get to naturally experience Zaatar too often, and haven't had many other brands to compare this to, but this is very good, - high quality stuff. I love it.It's a very generous deal, and super fresh.I definitely plan on purchasing more from Salloum Bros.5 Stars. :)
