Gel pens are a bit skippy when you first get them going, but they have a really nice feel and flow after that.These pens are thicker than most, which my wife finds very helpful as she has Dupuytren's contracture and experiences pain with thin pens/pencils. I don't have any hand problems, but I like a thicker pen myself.Well designed, light weight. The clicking mechanism is smooth with good travel. All in all, a very nice pen.
