I have 3. All have worked as expected. Note: I wish the kit had an inside grommet included. All of mine went through a metal wall and for safety sake I made a grommet out of rubber ring material to protect the electric cord from being cut. 5 star product.

The only labor involved was cutting the hole. Almost a simple plug and play. Perfect for my onboard two bank battery charger. Simply lift the water proof cap, plug in the extension cord, and you are charging. Super easy.

Purchased this to use on my golf cart. Golf cart has an onboard charger and the 110 plug is colocated with charger. Every time I charge cart, I had to lift seat up and pull plug out. Now with installed plug, I don't have to do that anymore. See picture.Item seems to be built well and should last a long time.

We recently changed out our 12 volt (55lbs ft thrust) troll motor for a 24 volt (80lbs ft thrust) troll motor..that called for an isolated 24 volt system. This would now require two separate charging devices (12 volt for the engine battery system and 24 volt for the troll motor).We wanted to mount the.chargers inside the center console without having to run an extension cord into the console to accommodate both chargers. Viola ! I came across the flush mount (reasonably flush, at any rate) to which i added a “splitter” and simply plugged the chargers in, tucked the wires away and now we have a very convenient “socket “ if you will, to plug the extension cord into. No fuss ! No muss !Quite easy to install. Our boat couldn't be happier, and so are we !

READ A LOT OF REVIEWS, THE THREE I PURCHASED IS AS STATED 15A ,14AWG WIRE, SAYS SO ON BOX AND WIRE, EXTENSION CORDS PLUG RIGHT IN. 1ON TRACTOR 1 ON DUMP TRUCK, AND ONE ON KUBATA DIESEL LAWN MOWER, WILL PURCHASE MORE TO USE WITH NOCO ON BOARD BATTERY MAINTANERS PICTURE ON BOX OF THE 13AMP BOX CLEARLY SAYS 13AMP MUST BE A OLDER VERSION I PUCHASED MINE IN JANUARY 2021. SEEMS TO BE WELL BUILT, EASY TO INSTAL. FOR THOSE THAT COMPLAIN THAT THE CORD SHOULD COME STRAIGHT OUT OF BACK, THAT IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR CHOICE OF INSTALATION, ANGLING DOWN OUT OF BOTTEM ALLOWS FOR INSTALATION IN TIGHT CRAMPED AREA, NO PRODUCT WILL FIT EVERY ONES CUSTOM INSTALATION CRITERIA AS FOR THE DRAIN HOLE IF THAT IS AN ISSUE A DAB OF RTV WILL SOLVE THAT I BELIEVE NOCO READS THESE REVIEWS AND MAKES IMPROVEMENT TO THEIR PRODUCTS

Used to add a sealed plug in my hottub cabinet. I put a cube heater in my hottub cabinet for emergency heat when I loose power. I can plug a generator line into the socket without opening up hottub cabinet.

Having power in the job trailer makes a huge difference. I am able to put a heater in the trailer in the winter so I can charge my batteries because they don't charge below freezing

I used this to relocate my truck's block heater cord, I was sick of it hanging out of the grille and coroding. This product is well made with easy to follow directions. It comes with a gasket to seal the mounting surface to the back of the mounting flange. The body is a little bit flexible, but mounting it to a mostly flat surface works best. The included plug protector that seals well and was flexible at -20F. If mounting this to a metal surface make sure to paint or protect any bare metal to prevent rust. Good product, worth the money.
