Great little pressure gauge for my irrigation well. Prior gauge froze during the unusually harsh past winter. Bled the system pressure, installed the LPG100, re-pressurized, and the reading popped up to exactly 55 psi, just where my irrigation water pressure has always been set. Large numbers, very easy to read since the kPa readings shown on many other gauges have been eliminated.

After the 3rd year started to leak oil out of the top and didn’t register accurate pressure. Wasn’t very expensive, but wouldn’t buy again.

Did what it was advertised to do. Would buy again.

Needed to check snow plow pump pressure, and it was what I needed.

Great just what I want

I am not one to write reviews, as a rule--but this product failed after just barely one year and I find that most discouraging.<br /><br />Things are just not made like they used to be! This pressure gauge was to replace a gauge on my well system where the original gauge had been physically damage by a falling object--the original gauge was installed 20 years ago--if I had not accidentally broken it, it would probably still be working today.<br /><br />I don't know exactly when this gauge failed--sometime this last winter--I don't check this item frequently--couple times per year to see how the well pressure settings are maintaining themselves. This gauge is now frozen at 43 psi on a system that is set to cycle on and off at 40-60 psi.<br /><br />I have no idea what the cycling pressures are for the system at this time. I now have to find a new gauge, drain the system to relieve the pressure, install the new gauge, and cross my fingers that the new gauge will be of better quality than this failed gauge.<br /><br />The reviews, in general, state that this product is well received--but, I am unable to agree.

These are good quality liquid filled gauges. The accuracy is a little questionable though. I have 2 of these on a water filtration and sterilization system. There is about 2-3psi difference in the gauge readings. The gauge with the higher reading is on the OUTLET just after he filter ans sterilization system. A little weird but for what I am using them for they will work well. The use in this instance is to determine when it's time to change the filters, of which there are 3. All in all, a good value for the price. Easy to read and if there are fluctuations in pressure the liquid fill will help to damp that so the gauge can be read.
