These are very good couplers, I can confirm that I am getting near gigabit speeds during file transfers when using these couplers in between two Cat6 ethernet cables. The build quality is excellent, these couplers do not feel cheap at all.

A remarkably simple device that fills an important need, taking a potentially complex situation and solving it simply. If you have a stockpile of shorter Ethernet cables and have need to extend their length, this well made gizmo does it with aplomb with no loss of data speed or quality. All at a reasonable price. Recommended.
