Mission: To help and support families of micro preemies, born 32 weeks and earlier, through education, outreach, and one-on-one parent support, which may occur upon diagnosis of high-risk pregnancy, NICU stay, prior to discharge from the NICU or throughout the transition to home, and continue as needed by the families.
Target demographics: Families with babies born 32 weeks gestation and earlier.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 300 babies received handsewn isolette quilts in 2010 and over 350 angel babies were remembered at our annual pregnancy & infant loss candlelighting
