My parrots really like anything with the groovy blocks. The problem with this toy is most of the blocks are connected with a heavy paper rope. Every time one of the ropes is chewed through, that whole section falls to the floor. I pick up the blocks and save them to build a new toy. If the whole toy was made with chains instead of rope it would last longer but would be a lot more expensive. So save the chains to the toys and rebuild the toy with the extra chains you've saved up. This toy has a lot of wood. If it can be hung high enough that the bird only reaches the bottom of the toy, the toy will stay together longer. But many of my birds climb to the top and disassemble the entire thing. Also, this toy is huge and only fits in a huge cage. My african grey and alexandrine usually get this toy. For smaller cages and smaller birds (conure) try the Groovy Boy toy by ZooMax. We go through lots of those but they stay together until all the wood is gone. I buy toys for 30 birds and the toys by zoo max with the groovy blocks are a favorite among my chewers.
