DO NOT BUY. This product is poorly constructed and the customer service from this seller is abhorrent. The latches font lock properly. The dowels are flimsy. The bottom tray has gaps where feet can get stuck. My 7 pound puppy was on for less than 5 minutes and was able to break the bars and jump out. We are lucky she didn't get cut o. The sharp wood. A “crate” should be built of proper material to contain a dog; this is not. When I called to return, I was told I couldn't because it was used. After close to a month, the seller refunded me 50 dollars. Not sure what good that does as I e got a 150 item than is useless. Pass. Pass. Pass.

I was very disappointed that the holes are on the wrong side of the wood. Now I have to send it back or see if the manufacture mail me a new piece.
