It feel solid and well built in your hands.

The people at Milwaukee understand how to make a great machine. And without price gouging the working people. It's the best buffer and polisher I've ever used. DeWalt and Mikita have similar ones but with the $600 and $700 price tag I was never able to use one. Don't matter now. For the $220 reasonable price I won't ever use anything else again.

Polishing my truck

Goes thru the battery life lickity-split but still a very good machine

The only rap I have is it could be lighter, but then I'm out of shape. I'm good for about an hour then I have to take a break. This is a quality tool and is a joy to use, you will NOT be disappointed. It has run for 2 hours on one charge with a 6.0 Mah battery. I'm 71, I have a feeling this jewel of a tool will outlast me.

Another great quality tool from Milwaukee. Plenty of power. The convenience of being cordless is really nice.

Don't skimp out. Get heavy duty 8,0 amp or 12.0 amp or at least 2 6.0 amp XC batteries

I am gonna be totally honest In this review, cause most people would hesitate to invest in a cordless buffer or have doubts.. But to help people make a decision when it comes to investing in this buffer, let me tell you... I have worked as a automotive detailer for 6 years. And in that time using a corded buffer, having to drag it around or putting the cord over your shoulder. It gets tiring. But having a Milwaukee buffer is like a dream come true. Been using it for a month now, and I do alot of wersanding and paint correction, and this buffer does absolutely amazing. I love that I don't have to worry about a cord and it's not heavy at all. It's perfectly balanced and feels strudy. It goes up to 2200 RPM. But if has variable speed, so that helps out alot too. I do alot of heavy jobs with this buffer and it definitely is worth the investment if your into buffing or working in the automotive industry. Make sure to buy extra batteries just to get you through the day.. I also recommend a rapid charger If you plan on using it for work. But overall I do highly recommend this buffer.

Have not had the chance to use it yet .

The convenience of this buffer is where it shines. I can use it anywhere.

Polishing

Arrived within a week and was excellent quality.

Being an avid detailer for decades, I was very delighted to finally be able to ditch the cord on my rotary polisher (porter cable)..When using rotary polishers like this, of course you have to be careful as you can Burn edges of your car paint if you're not careful. The mere fact of ditching the cord and going to M18 battery packs actually Assists in this endeavor, as without the cord you have much more flexibility and maneuverability when working on the car. When using my old corded Porter Cable the power cord would get hung up around the tires, or on the mirrors, it just generally required more effort. Now with the Milwaukee M18 features I can move freely around the car/truck and do a job much quicker. I use a 12.0 or 9.0 battery and get plenty of life out of either to do a car/truck. Cordless makes the job SO much easier.Happy Polishing.

Easy to maneuver. does the job very well.

Was skeptical of this but was well pleased with the out come. My batteries didn't last all day as some claims but my 9a did last quite a long while once it was fully charged.Rubbing compound and a dirty clear coat used the batteries (a bit). A clean clear coat and wax the batteries held up fine.Not sorry for this purchase and would buy again but don't see that need in the near future.

The results are slow but almost guaranteed to meet my expectations.
