Mission: ioby mobilizes neighbors who have good ideas to become powerful civic leaders who plan, fund, and make positive change in their own neighborhoods. We are creating a future in which our neighborhoods are shaped by the powerful good ideas of our own neighbors.
Results: We've supported local leaders to raise $15,730,812 on ioby. org for 3,102 projects to make their communities stronger healthier, greener, more fun, and more just. We've provided training to more than 26,000 residents, along with one-on-one coaching and resources to help local leaders build support from their neighbors, government leaders, and the community to create lasting positive change in their neighborhoods.

We also have a dedicated team of strategists to help leaders with one-on-one support as they plan and manage their projects, tell a compelling story digitally, and strategize a successful grassroots fundraising campaign. ioby's high success rate for crowd funded projects is rooted in our unique model of coaching. We've successfully supported residents to launch more than 3,100 projects to date!
When residents crowdfund with ioby, their donors' gifts to their projects that provide a clear public benefit are always tax-deductible. ioby is a 501(c)3, driven to help residents make lasting positive change in their neighborhoods. We offer fiscal sponsorship so that residents can accept tax-deductible donations whether or not they are incorporated as a nonprofit.
When residents work with ioby, they join a community of thousands of leaders and changemakers, and share knowledge, challenges, and experiences. They can rely on our years of experience to help craft step-by-step plans that they can follow to successfully raise resources.
