Pamelas is the best gluten free chocolate cake mix. I make it for people who are not gluten free and do not know the difference. Other products by Pamelas are very good as well.

I love it that the sugar is optional and I really don't like sweet cornbread. Also I like cooking my cornbread like pancakes, this way I don't have to turn on the oven for one piece. It stores in the frig until you are ready to cook again. Great product!

I This is the best GF cornbread mix. You can substitute the sugar and butter and still comes out great. But you cannot find in the grocery stores over here.
