I bought this by mistake thinking I was getting the amaranth flour but decided to keep it anyway. I put a small amount in my coffee grinder thinking it would grind it to dust (like most other things I put in there) but the little grains were mostly unaffected. So, I put them in my recipe just as they were, (tiny, like sesame seed size grains) I was surprised to discover they tasted just great. The amaranth added that little extra flavor, just like the recipe said it did (gluten free hamburger buns by Spruce Eats, great recipe!) But next time I will use the flour.
