Nicole Bernard Dawes, Late Julyfounder, CEO & Taco Truck fanatic, said these chips were inspired by the amazing flavors of the sauces and peppers served by her favorite taco truck.
Nicole Bernard Dawes' mom ran a health food store and her dad started the Cape Cod potato chip company, so it's only natural that she is now serving up the #1 selling line of organic tortilla chips.
They're the kind of snacks Nicole always wished for as a kid, and still searched for years later while starting her own family back in 2003. That's when she knew the time had come to start making products with organic ingredients and without hydrogenated oils or artificial additives.
"We started Late July to create a better, more sustainable food system for our children and future generations, " Nicole said. "Every time I look at my children I think about the huge responsibility this is, "
