Seems to be a good quality however I prefer capsules these are not, making it a little harder for me to swallow.

Excellent and works great for me. Prior to taking these daily. My knee would crack when I bend it. After taking these daily for a week or two. I no longer have my knee cracking when I bend and stretch.

Many oil the Calcium tablets are mineral based and your body does not absorb them. This used in combination with magnesium citrate will help reverse bone loss.
