I like the look of this light fixture. It is small sized lightweight and looks nice. I could see it getting hot depending on what light bulbs you use, however since it is meant for heat bulbs and the sort I would expect it would hold up to that. I have a 5w reptile bulb that does not get hot so I can attest to that. Durability is ok. I did drop the fixture and put a dent in the side however it hit the hard corner of the headboard so...not really a manufacturer flaw...oops. I actually like it so well I bought a 2nd one.

This lasted around 2 years before quitting, which I think was a good lifespan considering how many times I've moved around the tank/lights. I ended up ordering another one to replace my old one, and I expect it to continue to last until my next replacement :)

Worked well at first and suddenly it popped a breaker, started smoking and shooting sparks. Was in operation less than 3 months.

Works great for my snake tank, Paired with the red bulb it puts out crazzyy heat. Easy on and off switch. I have 2 of them and both have not given me issues.

Every time I replace the bulb, it blows within a week, most recently within a day and separating the bulb from the base. Says that 100 W bulbs are the max to use and that is what I am using. Seems to be too much for this product.

I like the look of this light fixture. It is small sized lightweight and looks nice.
