The bottle cap arrived cracked and unusable, so I can't really take it anywhere. Can't return for some reason.

This is great stuff at a fraction of the price of sports drinks and has no sugar.

This has very little taste and works great for my toddler who struggles with his electrolyte levels. I also like that you can refill the dropper bottle and pop it a backpack.

After lots of googling, I initially bought this for a friend who does heavy labor in the sun and would sometimes get home and just sit in his car because he was in such pain from muscle cramps. He used it for a couple months and he told me he was only cramping up rarely, and not nearly as severe. Then my brother mentioned that his feet were cramping, and I knew that he also does not hydrate properly (and depletes his electrolytes) so I got some for him, as well. When we took a family vacation in Florida, we were all putting this in our water the whole week. I was able to tolerate the heat so much better, and my brother's feet weren't cramping up anymore. Even if it's a placebo effect (though I don't think it is), it's absolutely worth the few cents a day to add this to your water! It provides a lot more than electrolyte drinks you pick up at the convenience store, what with the magnesium and potassium content. I even read somewhere that some people successfully use this to ease their hangover misery - don't ask me where, because I don't remember.

I used to get the most painful muscle spasms in my upper left thigh in the middle of the night, 10 minutes seemed to be an eternity when walking around and begging God to let this pain go away!! I used to go through this twice a month now I do not go through it at all!!! I used to drink regular water and it still was never enough no matter how much I drank! this stuff works a tiny few drops in a big container Will do the trick just follow instructions this works like magic !! I put this into everything and anything I drink I don't notice the difference in taste at ALL! Do yourself a favor and order a small bottle first to make sure it works for you I am sure it will! A tiny amount goes a very long way I bought an 8 ounce bottle six weeks ago and I barely even made the tiniest dent in it! PS- BACK AGAIN just purchased my THIRD bottle of this stuff that just works miracles Thank GOD!

Perfect! I add to each cup or thermos of water I use for my active day. Doctor read ingredients, did tests on me, and he highly approves of it's positive effects on keeping my electrolytes in balance. I get the unflavoured version. Tastes like Smart Water after added to water. Delicious!

Love this product! Was drinking Gatorade before every run but hated adding the extra calories. Now I add Elite to my water that I carry on runs and drink it before I run. I haven't gotten a single side stitch since using it! Highly recommend!
