The pictures of the product appear to be replacements of the worn out tips. Upon receiving the product, it clearly was for a much larger solder gun. To make the tips fit the current gun, I need to grind down a bit the shank of tip fitting into induction connectors.

I purchased these replacement tips for my Weller soldering iron . The new tips are silver colored and not copper like the old tips and the package says they are lead free ? They do not seem to heat up as fast as the old style tips and it is difficult to see if the tip is tinned properly when using them . They are quite a bit more expensive than the old style tips .
