Used it to pull a bearing. It performed fine on a tough job.

Needed this to take the wiper arms off of a 12 year old car that is outside most of the time. The T is a little thin so I was careful how much leverage I would put on it but I broke the arms loose with no issue. They put a ton of leverage on without damaging threads or wiper arms. No way to take them off otherwise. Good product.

I tried several other puller designs, but this is the only one that successfully popped the wiper arms off my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. The quality felt pretty good for less that $20. Very simple design and easy to operate. The claws gripped the shaft well and the concave piece at the end of the turning screw fit snug on the wiper arm shaft (I don't know why some other puller designs are round or pointed which causes them to slip off easily). The bar at the top gets a little hard to turn when it's really torqued down, but it didn't bend or break. A square or hex head that could be turned with a wrench would have been nice. There was barely enough vertical clearance for my van wiper arms, but they are very large compared to most, and the compact design keeps it out of the way of the hood. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased it to remove a stuck wiper arm off the back of a 2008 Hyudai Sante Fe and it did the job. I have not had the opportunity to use it for other tasks, but feel it will be a handy tool to have for similar jobs.

After reading the reviews, I ordered this puller. IF any of you have a Kia Sedona 07 and above you will find that the wiper arms are alot bigger then a regular wiper arm. The height of this pullers arms are not that long. I found out that this puller out of the package would not fit the wiper arms on my Sedona. In looking closely at this puller, I realized that I could unscrew that plastic collar on the center post and that would just barely give it enough room to slide over the top of the wiper arm post. Lisle is usually pretty good at coming up with a inovation that works as far as aftermarket tools go. The design of this tool is good with the exception of the jaws being too short. I have found that most of these pullers on the market are way too small. I would suggest that you measure your wiper arm depth before ordering.

I wish it were a hair more robust... the tab broke off before it removed my wiper arm. I ended up just see-sawing the arm at the spindle and working it loose manually.

Once I understood how it was supposed to work, it worked great. Could be more ergonomic, but can't expect too much for the price. Maybe including instructions would be a nice touch.

Works ok but is not real sturdy. Probably not a tool to be used every day.

The conical piece is plastic rather than the metal that is pictured but it still worked fine.

Looks like it will work great. The opportunity to use it has not come yet, the fitting at the end loks as if it may have some issues after a handful of uses.

A very well constructed tool, but does not work the best for removing a windshield wiper arm on a 2006 Lincoln town car.Did not try for removing battery post cable yet.

This tool did exactly what it advertised it would do. My husband was able to use it to remove the windshield wiper arm with no problems.

Had a very, VERY stubborn wiper arm stuck on and couldn't get any of my 2 or 3 arm pullers to get a good hold on it. WD-40 failed me, nothing worked. This puppy got a solid grab on it and while the arm still resisted it eventually popped off. My ONLY complained is that once it's tightened on and I'm starting to have to put serious force on it, that tiny little bar starts to hurt the hand and it's harder to get a solid grip on. I might have liked a 6-pt star-shaped knob, like... on a propane tank or such maybe. But still, it worked where nothing else did, so it gets a solid 4/5. I'd give it a 90/100 if the scale worked that way.
