It's a foam block, if you buy it you have a purpose for it, and it works just like a foam block should.

Very Versatile. Not too hard or too soft and a 634; disk with adhesive on the back works great. If you want more flexibility, just use 1/2 of the 634; disk and leave the gray part of the block showing on one side.
