These fit larger than the bates by about 1/2 inch So if you normally wear a size 9.5 get 9".

I have had these for around 7 months and have had a vent fall out. The soles are wearing down as expected , as I walk 10 miles a day.As some other reviews have said the eyelets are unevenly spaced so they lace up odd.The ones I have gotten are probably defective (factory seconds). I can't see these being sold as any other way.That being said I kept them and use them for work.Not sure if I will buy another pair online as I cannot inspect the boots before I buy them.And the seller obviously didn't before they sold them.Or they did and sold them to me anyway without listing them as having defects.
