Honestly I doubt I would have seen a difference if I ordered a used one, but the problem is that I ordered a New book. I paid the full price and while it did come a day earlier then expected, it came damaged with the back of the book all wrinkled with tears in odd spots.

The book is missing one of the discs that I need for class. Can't do my homework now and don't have a way to contact the seller.

The book itself is junk when it comes to learning the language. Basically purchased just for the cds. Pictures illustrating how to sign specific vocab are unclear and hard to read
