smell reminds me of fruit loops, i love it. you should probably spray on pillow 20 mins before bed to let dry so you aren't sleeping on a damp pillow. it puts me right to sleep and works great though

I got this as a gift for someone who had trouble sleeping thru the night. He had tried many different things but once he used this on his pillows he finally slept thru the night. It really helps!

I don't know why it says moisturizing because I only spray it in the air , on the bed and on her night clothes . Some people say it helps them or their children sleep all night. My baby still wakes up. However , it does help calm her and get her to fall asleep faster. Def buying more !

I use to spray on my bed before sleep. I don't notice any moisturizing qualities but it is wonderful for sleep.

I feel so rested when I spray this on my pillow, it's the best sleep aid I've ever had. I have the matching body lotion and absolutely love this line. It's great! Highly recommend. :)
