I'll be honest: I've only ever used the classic Hershey's cocoa powder in the rectangular bin. It's served me well over the years, but as one gets a bit more aware of the world, one becomes aware that there are other, often better, options. This is a classic example. From the resealable bag to the rich, dark color and flavor, this is a step up. So far I've baked with it and used it in a couple of sauces, all of which turned out well. It's a very fine powder, so it mixes very well. I really enjoy using this!
