I gave four stars because it's a taste preference, as the product was fine, however it was a little sweet for my liking I like a little more zesty Italian style, I cut it 50/50 with oregano and it's fine

I like dry ingredients though I know fresh is better. McCormick is a good quality and the Italian Herb isn't bad at all. I bought a large size so it can last me awhile and again this is way better then the $1-2 cheap no name brands in a small bottle. Im happy I bought it and last thing as usual per dry spices/herbs is you want a five star better product you can find it...they will be more expensive...just have to search around or look up the few makers that are known to be better quality then McCormick.

As a chef I love fresh ingredients. Yet I use alot of dried herbs as well. McCormick spices are quality the type of dried spices I use for flavor and freshness my food deserves. These are the best value hand over fist.

as good as any but the volume of the package is what sold it, we use a lot of that type of seasoning, to the price is good compared to the smaller bottles
