The bag is huge, like bigger than you'd think which was really good. The flavor is amazing.The company that sells this is also really good but if anything FedEx screwed up.The bag was in packaging that stated “protect from heat” yet was on the FedEx truck for 10 hours, in 80-90 degree weather, until it was dropped off so the chocolate was warm and melted. Literally as soon as it got to my place I went outside to get it so it wasn't sitting outside for too long.I recommend picking up the chocolate from a FedEx facility if you're ordering during a warm season.But the company was very understanding and sent a replacement bag. Very good customer service.Overall would recommend just be careful with delivery.

I've been a chef for 25 years, and have tested countless pre-tempered chocolate products. This is by far the best chocolate I've had the opportunity to work with. Regardless of what application you're using this chocolate for, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful! I love to bake high quality desserts this chocolate was excellent! I made brownies chocolate chip chip cookies that were incredible. I live in Florida and they came perfect, no melted chips, nor were they discolored or old. They are perfect to nibble on. Not too sweet, yet a perfect. high quality little dark chocolate treat. I am hooked. I was able to find it locally cheaper as well as the blocks of this chocolate (but the blocks would need to be in extremely large quantities). I am just thrilled I can purchase it locally in this size literally 10 minutes away and continue to bake with this amazing chocolate! It's worth the extra money!

Callebaut chocolate is highly rated and delicious. Buying it in 11 pound blocks is economical, but unwieldy. It involves a lot of heavy chopping before you start your recipe. These are shaped like chocolate chips, but are so much better. This is the perfect amount of sweetness for most recipes and the size makes melting them fast and convenient. Good expiration date and fast service as well. I will purchase these again.

Used for chocolate covered strawberries and making Oreo truffles. The bag seemed expensive but when I compared to other brand of chocolate I've used, it was only slightly more expensive. But the chocolate was so much better. This will definitely be my go to chocolate!

I have not used the product for making Easter chocolate molds as of yet. Arrived in perfect condition, no clumps and expiration date 4/12/23. They taste heavenly!

I bought this for making chocolate syrup for my coffee mocha but after tasting one chip I couldn't believe how good it was and ate about a handful. Will use this for anything that needs chocolate from now on. The bag arrived in perfect condition.
