The flavor is almost like homemade! The consistency is perfect. The amount is great for 2-3 people. My favorite of all Mountain House foods!

Okay is this homemade biscuits and gravy? Obviously not. Is this camping on a weekend or hiking or Post apocalyptic biscuits and gravy? Abso-freaking-lutely!!! Just add boiling water and enjoy! I really do enjoy most mountain house meals!

This is great to throw in my locker in case I want a hot meal during my 16 hour shifts. Package doesn't take up a lot of room. Taste great.

Followed instructions, biscuits were a bit too crunchy. Next time I will add a bit more water at the end and let it sit longer. Flavor was on point though!

Excellent for camping. biscuits and gravy is my favorite one. Super easy just ad hot water and you get a tasty meal. Don't add to much water or it will get more mushy

I have tried camping meals from several high end specialty provider’s and found most to be tasty, especially in the woods. These lower cost Biscuits and Gravy from Mountain House meals are the best of all. Good as it is, but amazing when you add a couple pieces of precooked Turkey sausage. Great tasting and plenty of food. Highly recommended.

I love Mountain House foods. I actually eat them periodically, not just buying to keep my family prepared.There is 50 less calories from the last generation of this product. However actually reading the ingredients list in hand, I realized they removed textured vegetable protein and other unnecessary ingredients.For all the comments bashing this company about portion sizes and prices. Please keep in mind that they have to use a lot of energy to produce this food. Which is inflating in a crazy way. Not only is energy inflating, Food prices are inflating at a crazy rate. Oats in particular have risen 150 or there about in the 12 months.I wish this company the best as they provide an EXPENSIVE service/product that should be considered an investment.If for some reason there is no need for backup food in lets say 10 years. But food prices have increased 5 times. This will begin to look very very cheap. And yes its definitely good enough to eat as regular meals.

Taste is excellent this is not gourmet food but for what it is it is excellent great for camping or even if you don’t feel like cooking
