I have to replace a sony speaker that had broken for my home audio system. For the money you are paying this is a great speaker. I will say its not as bass heavy as my sony speaker but its more clear and crisp. so it is more clear sounding.

Purchased to replace a defective woofer in my Boston Acoustics A400....works well, very good value. Since BA no longer makes the woofer I was lost on what to do. I bought a re-foaming kit this is what that company recommended...I was not disappointed.
